1) Travel Definitions simplified for Customers
i) Ticketing:
(1) An airline ticket is a document, created by Asher Travel to confirm that you have purchased a seat on aflight on an aircraft. This document is then used to obtain a boarding Pass at the Airport. Then with the
boarding pass and the attached Ticket, the passenger is allowed to board the aircraft.
(2) Hence, Quoted Fares are not guaranteed unless tickets are printed on the customer's Name from or on the Airline/Travel Agent system.
(3) Ticketing is strictly subject to timely receipt of payments.
(4) Most of the Fares quotes are Non Refundable & Non Changeable
(5) Changes, if any are Permissible /Applicable as per Airlines’ policy
(6) Asher Travel stands indemnified towards inconvenience caused by Airlines, if any
ii) Advance Passenger Information
(1) Customer are obliged to provide mandatory information : “Advance Passenger Information System” i.e.,
(2) Full name (last name, first name, middle name if applicable)
(3) Gender
(4) Date of Birth
(5) Nationality
(6) Country of residence
(7) Travel document type (normally passport)
(8) Travel document number (expiry date and country of issue for passport)
iii) Visa Type
(a) Tourist Visa
(b) Business Visa
(c) Journalist Visa
(d) Conference Visa
(e) Transit Visa
(f) Entry Visa
(g) Employment Visa
(h) Student Visa
(i) Missionaries Visa
(j) Research Visa
(k) Sports Visa
2) Address of the first night spent in the Country (Legal Permanent Residents or Foreign Nationals entering the country)
